Snow Snow Go Away!

I am selling pre-embossed images on my webstore.  Someone had asked "What do you do with them?"
So I told her I would make a couple of samples.

snowman trio

This is the first one.  I chalked in the areas with a q-tip.  I added stickles for the snow and some
of the snow dots.  Then I added some bling.

This one I colored with copic markers, added the stickles and the bling.
I used a cotton ball for the red hat.

This third one is using watercolor pencils, stickles and buttons.
Three different looks with the same embossed template.

Enjoy!

Fairy Wishes!

This was a fun card to make!

I stamped the image of the fairy on white cardstock with stazon ink.
Then I colored it in using copic markers. I just bought these so I am still playing with them
trying to get a feel of what I can do with them.
For the background I took two printed papers and tore them
so it was half n half
I used Crystal Effects on the dew drops

I typed out the words fairy wishes on my computer,
printed it out and placed it adding a touch of color on the edges with
cats eye chalk in yellow

The insides says - For a Very Happy Birthday!

White on white - so beautiful

White on White is very hard to photograph

I did these cards the other day at an all day crop.

They are embossed and then I embossed the butterflies separately and added them.

I did one with clear rhinestones and the other with white pearls.
I saw this design on pinterest I believe.

Time for Spring!

Spring is in the air!  I just love embossing!  It is a favorite of mine!

With this card I used one of the SU embossing
folders and cut around the design.
I overlaid it on a white background that
I distressed with pink ink to match.

A few added bling, a butterfly and a saying top of this fun card!

Leap Year Blog Hop!

Leap Day happens only once every four years,
so we wanted to make it even more special with
a BLOG HOP here at Your Scrapbook Place.
The theme is chocolate,
and we have plenty of sweet offerings.
And what's a Blog Hop without some Blog Candy!!

Everyone who becomes a Follower of your Scrapbook Place Blog, and leaves a comment at every stop on the hop, gets their name in a random drawing for a sweet prize. If you've come from Linda's Blog, you're on the right track. If not, you might want to start at your Scrapbook Place blog so you don't miss out on any fun. Next on the hop is Carolyn.

Here is a fun hershey kiss card. I used silver shiny paper and cut out the Hershey Kiss using a template I made.  I then soaked it in water and crumpled it and then let it dry.  I used black cardstock and red embossed little dots cardstock for the the inner background.  I added black ribbon with red and black polka dot ribbon on top, placed the Hershey kiss and added its white paper with white ribbon.  I then printed out the words "kiss me" on my computer, cut them out and backed them on black cardstock and then glued them on the card.  Wallah
This is an added extra card.  I used ivory cardstock for a background and then used chocolate cardstock and embossed it as a second layer.  I then added a strip of kraft cardstock that I crimped and put burgandy ribbon over the top of that.  I stamped my chocolate saying and colored in the images and then punched it out using a SU tag punch.  I then punched a burgandy tag and cut it in half and then placed it on either side of the chocolate saying.  I attached that with some twine.  Enjoy!

Squigglefly Entry #8

This challenge was a "'Spring Is In The Air".
When I think Spring I think flowers, nice weather and spring cleaning, which I hate!
So I thought I would make a "blond moment' card.

I used the French Maid Service Digi Stamp from Squigglefly,.
I added a little bit of sparkle to her for some fun.
Enjoy!
